Whether you’re a woman who is looking to explore her limits, or you have a female partner who you would like to make squirt nonstop, this is the guide for you.
In this post, we’ll explore what squirting is and how it differs from female ejaculation. We’ll then answer how many times a girl can squirt in one session. Finally, we’ll share with you some tips on squirting multiple times in a row.
Are you ready to experience or give endless pleasure? Then read on.
What is Squirting?
Squirting is the flow of tasteless, odorless liquid from the female urethra. It can come out as a trickle, a stream, or as it’s commonly depicted, a gush.
Contrary to popular belief, squirting is not just a woman urinating during sex. While squirting fluids do contain pee, they only contain a percentage of it. It also contains components that are similar to semen (without the sperm), such as sugars, electrolytes, and water.
Squirting vs Ejaculating: Is There a Difference?
The two terms–squirting and ejaculating– are often used interchangeably. However, these are two different processes.
So what’s the difference?
Squirting is the expulsion of a clear, odorless fluid from the urethra. It can happen during extreme arousal and/or at the time of orgasm.
Ejaculation is a gentle flow or trickle of a creamy, thick fluid from the urethra. It can also happen during extreme arousal and/or at the time of orgasm.
The origin of both squirting and ejaculation fluids are from the Skene’s glands. These are glands found on both sides of the urethra. They are often called the female prostate.
However, whereas ejaculation fluids come directly from the Skene’s glands, squirting fluids will first travel through the bladder and then out of the urethra. During that time, the fluid from the Skene’s glands will combine with any urine in the bladder which is why there’s a more forceful volume.
How Many Times Can a Girl Squirt?
Now to the big question, how many times can a girl squirt in a single session?
The truth is, there is no exact answer.
Female pleasure and even moreso, squirting, are not common topics of research.
We do have access to one survey on the topic, though it doesn’t discuss squirting specifically. Instead, it focuses on female orgasm and female ejaculation. And as we know, female ejaculation is often used interchangeably with squirting, however we can’t be sure of their definition.
The survey, as reported by The Mirror, was conducted by celebrity sexual health couple Dr. David Delvin and Dr. Christine Webber. They asked 1,250 British women aged between 20 to 24 about their orgasms in an online survey.
Here are some key findings:
- Seven in ten British women experience multiple orgasms per session.
- Eight percent of women are able to achieve more than 10 orgasms in one night.
- Two percent of women are able to experience up to 20 orgasms in one night.
- Nearly 40 percent of respondents said they had ejaculated at least once in their lives.
- Four out of five women were unable to reach orgasm through penetration alone, required clitoral stimulation to climax.
Of the 70 percent of women who said they experience multiple orgasms per session, the magic number was between two and four.
So we know the majority of women can experience between two and four orgasms per session. How does that correspond to squirting?
Remember that squirting can happen with or without orgasm. So while two to four is a good estimate, it could be possible to squirt more than that in one session.
But what squirting cannot happen without is adequate hydration.
Remember that the key difference between ejaculatory fluid and squirting fluid is that squirting fluid passes through the bladder. If the bladder is empty, there won’t be much squirting fluid, if any.
That doesn’t mean that squirting multiple times per session isn’t possible. It just requires some planning.
First, hydrate by drinking 8 to 16 ounces of water two to four hours before the beginning of your session. Drink another 8 ounces of water right before you begin.
After you squirt for the first time, drink another 8 ounces of water.
Repeat after each time you squirt.
So what’s the magic number?
There’s no telling exactly how many times you can squirt in one session. It could be upwards of 10 times with the right techniques which we’ll outline below.
How to Squirt Multiple Times in One Session
If you want to have your own little squirt-a-thon, we’ve got some tips to get you started.
Hydrate
As mentioned above, hydration is key.
You can start to hydrate the day before your session to ensure that your body is properly hydrated. While the standard eight eight-ounce cups of water is the commonly recommended amount, you should really be drinking any time you feel thirsty.
You can also keep an eye on your hydration levels throughout the day by monitoring the color of your urine. A very pale yellow is what you’re aiming for.
Get Aroused
While you don’t need to orgasm to squirt, you do need to be aroused.
Whether you’re doing it yourself or with a partner, you should spend a lot of time on foreplay. That looks different for everyone. It could be reading erotic literature, watching adult videos, or receiving a full-body erotic massage.
The longer you or your partner spend on foreplay, the more build-up there will be. This will sensitize your body, especially your erogenous zones including the clitoris.
If you really want to up the ante, you may want to give edging a try. This is a technique that involves getting close to orgasm, but pulling back from stimulation when you’re just at the edge. You then cool off for a few minutes and then start with stimulation again. You repeat these steps as many times as possible. The result? An explosive orgasm.
Know When to Ramp It Back Up
Let’s say you’ve just squirted for the first time this session. How do you know when to get back into it so you don’t lose your edge?
This really depends on the individual.
For some women, in order to achieve multiple climaxes, they need to get right back into stimulation just as the throes of passion from the last orgasm begin to ebb. The clitoris will likely be extremely sensitive, but once they get over that hump they are able to climax again. And again.
For other women, they prefer to take a short (2 to 5 minutes) breather between climaxes. This may be best if you need to rehydrate for the purpose of squirting multiple times.
You can continue more minor stimulation, like rubbing the vulva and indirectly around the clitoris. Or rubbing the areola and avoiding the nipples.
This will help to keep you on your toes without letting your sensitivity wane entirely.
Conclusion
While you may not be able to squirt multiple times in one session the first time you try, don’t give up! After all, practice makes perfect.
So have fun exploring your (or your partner’s) body and learning just how amazing it is.
