Most women are curious about squirting and many would like to experience it for themselves. In this article I’ll answer the question ‘Can all women squirt?’ You’ll also find out why and how women squirt.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment at the bottom of the article so that I can reply with an answer. Although it may seem like a silly question to you, I bet lots of other women and men are wondering the same thing.

What is squirting?

Squirting, also known as female ejaculation is when a liquid coming from the … is released during a powerful orgasm. The debate still rages about what exactly is squirting with a recent study claiming that the female ejaculate is pee.

However, it’s very clear to women who can squirt that this isn’t the case. After all, it doesn’t smell (or taste) like pee and it doesn’t come from the urethra.

For many women, squirting is incredibly satisfying and pleasurable, and has been described as adding another dimension to the female orgasm.

For the guys, imagine having an orgasm without ejaculating. Wouldn’t be as good would it? The female ejaculate usually coincides with an orgasm and the amount of liquid can range from a little to a lot.

Squirting is perfectly healthy and shows that a woman has a strong sexual energy, powerful vaginal muscles and a strong ability to have pleasurable orgasms.

Unfortunately, adult entertainment has given many wrong impressions about squirting and many people have gotten the wrong idea about it. It needn’t be confined to adult film sets. Squirting can be part of a healthy and fulfilling sex life.

If you’re a woman who wants to learn how to squirt, please read this article. Whether you want to be able to squirt for your partner, or just during masturbation, or you’re just curious, you came to the right place.

Squirting is fun, and you can get better and have more powerful ejaculatory orgasms the more you practice.

Do all women squirt?

Only a few women do squirt regularly during penetrative sex, fingering oral. Many women are embarrassed, or worried that their partners might be confused or grossed out if they squirt. Many women feel the urge to pee during sex, when in fact they may actually be ready to squirt.

Almost all women can squirt because all women have the anatomy to do so. It just takes time and practice (and a willing partner who knows what they are doing .)

The good thing is, once you’ve done it once or twice, you’ll know the feeling and be able to do it again, often more easily.

The only problem will be the soaking the bed-sheets every night. In fact there is even a special massage you can use to become more orgasmic. There are also the squirter dimples that are an indicator that she can/ you can squirt.

So, to answer the question ‘can all girls squirt?’ Yes, they can, but it can often take time and practice. The woman should be comfortable with herself and her sexuality.

Shame, guilt and tension will all prevent squirting orgasms from happening.

  1. I’ve never been able to squirt, it’s even quite hard for me to have orgasms, but it’s interesting know that it’s probably possible. This must be my new goal 🙂

  2. I’m rarely a commenter, but this site seems great…so here goes! I’m working past some sexual anxieties. My last partner was helpful & made me squirt once. However, I didn’t feel it! Or orgasm! So it’s kinda hard to try & re-create, especially as masturbation is usually a sort of tense thing for me (kinda matter-of-fact, often just rub my clit to get off & release tension, but mostly don’t get wet…which is also strange to me: orgasm without arousal?) Help!?!

    • A lot of women are in the same situation – You might have some luck with the ‘Orgasmic Potential Massage’ plus practicing Kegels everyday.

  3. I’ve been having orgasms since I started masterbating at like age 12? I did a lot of reading online cuz I was curious about myself and had crazy hormones that made me want to orgasm. I didn’t learn how to “squirt” till about 5 years ago which was 5 years after getting married. The only way I can orgasm or squirt is by holding my breath. I have to keep holding it on and off to build up my orgasm. If not I won’t orgasm. It’s so strayto me but it’s really the only way I’ve been able to and can’t understand why. But I have amazing orgasms even multiple orgasms on a weekly basis. I’m very sexual (not comfortable with my body as much as I want) but I’m open and love sex. Find what turns you on the most and think about it as much as you can. I always have to close my eyes to. Lol

    • Hi Lindsey, thanks for your comment. I have heard a few people say that breath holding can enhance their orgasms. The same can be true for men also who hold their breath or reduce the amount of oxygen in their blood.

  4. Is it weird that its actually pretty easy for me to squirt? I can squirt multiple times during sex and can make myself squirt and its not that difficult. I feel like its almost too easy to make it happen haha. But I think this is pretty much the only time i experience an orgasm? If I dont squirt, not much really happens.

  5. Ummm I am the odd woman out. Lol I was able to do this in my early 30’s. Couldn’t before, because I was with the wrong guys. They obviously didn’t know what they were doing. lol
Sooooo…. here goes I need a big plastic sheet/ shower curtain in order to do the dirty deed. Mine is not a little, nor is it just a cups worth. I literally could fill up a few gallon jugs. Mine are so powerful that it takes a lot out of me, And being multi-oragsmic on top of that just sends me through the roof. As soon as one Orgasm leaves my body, another one is on top of that one. It sucks cause I can never be spontaneous with my partner ever. Always have to plan with a plastic sheet and at least 15 towels always.

  6. Have actually slept with my partner for two years but i have never squirted yet i liked it so much, so is it that am not capable of squirting naturally or haven’t meant the right guy who knows how to do it the hell out of me?

  7. So I have never squirted in my whole relationship or at all as a matter of fact. I am just not sure how to. My boyfriend has made others girls squirt but he hasnt made me.

  8. I have been squirting for awhile now. It has gotten much easier to control over the years. You have to be able to just let go with a combination of forcing it out. I can feel my vaginal mussels hold and release as I’m orgasming. Used to it would only happen by fingers but now I can do it during sex as well. It’s funny reading the comments because I also feel like I hold my breath as I release. It takes a lot out of me and I feel completely drained (literally lol) after doing it over and over.

    • Hello Tiffany, thanks for your comment, this is really insightful. It’s definitely one of those things you can get better at over time. You know the feeling and you have better control over it. Yes, ‘drained’ is an appropriate word, but in a good way I might add 🙂
